Job Summary and Responsibilities
* Provide a personalized arrival and departure experience to all VIP guests arriving at the hotel.
* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout stay and post-stay.
* Assist with guest check-in at the Front Desk or perform In-Room check-ins whenever applicable.
* To check the standards / quality of guest rooms.
* Executing the hotel's VIP room amenity and guest recognition program.
* Assist with queries regarding Dusit's Loyalty Program, Airline frequent flyers program and any special promotions.
* Promote all hotel facilities and services.
* Record guest history.
* Check online feedback and update guest profiles.
* Assist Front Desk Agents when busy to perform at the reception counter.
