What do we expect from you?
As an e-business executive, you will be working closely with the Logistics,
Retail & Customer Service teams and will be responsible for supporting
regional e-business strategies and operations, including order & stock
management, e-merchandising, performance analysis, and User experience
functions.
You will manage the activities of the e-boutique with other departments, train
and liaises with CRC ambassadors, and monitors their performance.
You will also contribute to the day to day follow-up of all online & phone
orders from beginning to end and make sure all escalations from our customer
service team are resolved in a timely manner
On another hand, you will monitor assortment, Stock transfers & liaises with
supply chain for manual stock updates upon request.
As a part of your journey, you will ensure ecommerce functionalities on
website whilst contributing to new ebusinesss and omnichannel projects
implementation across the region, including new markets, site launches and
roll-out of additional features and site enhancements: e.g: CRC Live chat…
Your role also include creating accurate and timely weekly / monthly reporting
and analysis of sales KPI's: by channel, BA, traffic, conversion, etc..
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
