The MAKE UP FOR EVER e-Merchandiser will play a significant role in driving
traffic to and conversion across the ecommerce accounts: the brand's Direct-
to-Consumer & top e-retailer partners, by creating a best-in-class customer
journey and experience. The scope includes content management, product
management, and execution of campaigns.
E-merchandising: List & manage the MAKE UP FOR EVER assortment across the
different channels including maintenance of Category and Product Pages and
other relevant site content.
* Support with the implementation of a continuous upgrade of eCommerce content, while working closely with the Graphic Designer.
* Coordinate with the E-COM Marketing Manager on the visibility & activation for all launches ensuring brand codes are respected & all assets are communicated on time.
* Ensure that brand & product pages are relevant with a strong point of differentiation and in line with TOV.
* DTC: Work closely with the E-com team to implement the DtC's revamp plan, whilst understanding the UX importance and the commercial impact of these changes.
* Assist with managing assortment per platform update on bi-yearly basis taking into account discontinuations, launches, assortment expansion per retailer, and alignment with brand & platform strategies.
* Support in developing a strong and comprehensive offering per platform that is in line with the brand strategy: Kits, GWPs, Samples, PWPs.
* Marketing operations:
* Assist with setting the yearly E-COM marketing calendar for all platforms, in line with E-COM commercial objectives.
* Assist with the relationship between key platform marketing managers, MUFE E-COM & digital teams to maximize support across all websites, apps & social channels and ensuring that all counterparts with pure players are met.
* Work closely with the Marketing, Digital, Pro Artistry, and Education teams to execute Launches, Campaigns, Collaborations, and Promotions in an omnichannel manner, for impactful brand presence leading to accretive sales results.
* Monitor the competitive landscape to deliver on-site optimizations based on competitive trends.
The candidate should have:
* BS in Marketing or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a relevant E-commerce role, preferably in online key account management, with deep knowledge of pure play e-commerce.
* Previous experience in content marketing or merchandising for ecommerce website.
* Fluent English & Arabic, both spoken and written.
* Experience in Beauty/Fashion sector is a plus.
* Very strong organizational, project management skills, ability to drive operational discipline.
* Strong attention to details.
* Must be proactive, flexible, self-motivated, eager to learn and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of handling negotiations and being able to build strong relations across key stakeholders.
* Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
