executive you will play a significant role in bringing our E-commerce business
and digital vision to life across the Middle East & Africa.


About the role


At Dyson our Owner (customer) is central to everything we do and your role
will make sure that owners are getting fantastic experiences via our 3rd party
E-commerce partners.
E-commerce Executive will play a key supporting role in setting and
implementing commercial plan with our 3rd party partners. You are expected to
work closely with a network of internal and external partners across functions
to bring these plans to life.
Key accountabilities
Dyson is a fast paced and agile company. The below is an example of your main
week to week accountabilities.
* Support Marketplace Manager to reach clearly defined Account Wise + Market Wise targets.
* Support in setting and implementing Dyson 's commercial strategy with marketplace/pureplayer partners.
* Project management: Lead/support project management process for new marketplace partners.
* Activation: You will work closely with trade marketing on the setting and implementation of the commercial marketing plan (e.g. key season moments such as White Friday, Festive Season, Back to School, DSF, Saudi National Day, Blue Dot Sale).
* Analyzing and Forecasting: You'll support the forecasting process for 3rd party E-com working closely with Demand Planning Team and Distributors on availability and orders.
* Data and reporting: You will be comfortable reviewing data and making recommendations on how we should adjust our plans.
* Account Management: You'll be a key contact on the account for our Marketplaces business. You'll need to manage complex group of demanding external stakeholders to get the best results for the Dyson business.
* Online Digital Excellence program owner: You will help with the tracking of our key digital experience requirements. In doing this, you work internally and externally with stakeholders.
* External tracking and reporting: Monitoring and reporting key competitor trends and recommendations based on these.
* Implement industry leading Marketplace owner experience: Work with stakeholders to ensure we are delighting owners at every touchpoint with Dyson- focus on driving registrations and live digital demo.
* Agency partner for 3rd party retail business; working with web scraping platforms (e.g. Flixmedia) on needs and requirements for all 3rd party websites (pureplayers and omnichannel).
* Handle complexity: Ability to manage various distributors, accounts and projects - prioritizing and taking full accountability, where required.


About You



  • Bachelors degree.

  • Owner first Mind-set: You 'll think first and foremost what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.

  • Proven team member and collaborator: Ability to work cross functionally with members of diverse local and international teams.

  • Driven by meeting ambitious sales targets and puts all their efforts into driving a hypergrowth channel in a hypergrowth region.

  • Execution focused: Ability to take plans from strategy to execution, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, ideally within a digital setting as you do so.

  • Highly proficient in excel & powerpoint, comfortable working with data visualisation with a creative flair.

  • Sales Track Record: ‎2-‎3 years in sales-based roles would be advantageous but not essential. Ideally in digital and/or premium brand setting

  • Resilience: Ability to remain positive despite and with bias for action despite tough external circumstances

  • Comfortable with complexity and change: Ability to react quickly to make changes based on latest market trends.

  • Strong communicator: Able to clearly communicate technical & commercial issues in a simple laymen's terminology.

  • Understanding of the Middle East & Africa markets and previous experience in this geography.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Arabic would be beneficial.
