The Opportunity
In your role as Office Manager / Receptionist, you 'll keep the office and
team up and running! You are someone who loves variety and supporting others.
Basically, a jack-of-all-trades!
The Job
* General reception duties including answering and directing incoming calls
* Meet and greet guests and visitors as well as provide general support to visitors
* Oversee catering companies, cleaning services, and other service providers
* Tidyand maintain the general office, reception, kitchens and boardrooms
* Maintain office supply inventory, keep things organized
* Coordinate and organize meetings, book meeting rooms, order lunch, send notifications and reminders
* Day-to-day errands as needed - groceries, supplies, gifts, etc.
* Onboarding tasks for new employees
* Employment verification letters
* Employee Immigration letters
* Assist in coordinating and organizing staff functions i.e. lunch n' learns, social events
* Employee experience/recognition initiatives
* HR tracking and reporting
* Miscellaneous HR and Office related duties and projects as assigned.

* Strong MS Office Suite Skills
* Post-secondary education in Business, HR or related programs.
* 1-3 years' related work experience
* Must have a full G license and a car
