What will you be doing?
The Office Manager is a varied role overseeing reception and administrative
duties for the operation of the Middle East Office to ensure the office runs
smoothly and efficiently. The role includes; coordination and assisting with
office events, organising travel and accommodation, managing office and
kitchen suppliers including invoices, payments, expenses and car parking
access, allocations and renewals. In addition you will be preparing letters,
presentations and reports, assisting with employee immigration queries,
liaising with TECOM and relevant visa agencies and dealing with mail and
couriers to be distributed and sent out in a timely manner.
What you will bring to the role:



  • Experience: ‎3-‎5 + years in office administration and operations, ideally in a sole charge role. Your experience will include reception, organisation of events, production of quality documentation and management of office consumables, employee expense claims and travel and accommodation. Health and Safety and Immigration experience would be highly advantageous.

  • Skills: You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skill and adept in producing high quality documentation. You will be skilled in running an office environment and managing the ever changing priorities and tasks presented.

  • Characteristics: You will possess great communication skills and thrive in a team environment. You will have a great attention to detail, enjoy working in a customer facing role and will definately be a multi-tasker who is able to prioritise and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

  • Qualifications: Bursary level required/relevant diploma qualification preferred.
