About The Role
As an Talent Acquisition Intern at Atlantis the Palm in Dubai, you will gain
valuable experience working in one of the world's most prestigious hospitality
destinations. You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry
professionals, learning from the best in the business and developing your
skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role may involve working
in different sections of Human Resources department with majority of exposure
in Talent Acquisition. You will assist with day-to-day tasks and projects,
gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the inner workings of a world-
class resort. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, passionate about
hospitality, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow
in the industry. This internship provides a great opportunity for students or
recent graduates to kickstart their career in hospitality and gain practical
knowledge and experience. We have 6 month internships available in Atlantis
The Palm, starting from February 2024.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and
qualifications:
* Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or hospitality or Luxury Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
* Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, its stakes, trends, and requirements.
* Solid team spirit and creative mindset
* Adaptable and loves new challenge.
* Takes initiative and exercises good judgement
