Key Responsibilities



  • Drafts and prepares exquisite Employment Contracts, ensuring meticulous Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, encompassing essential terms and conditions such as job title, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and termination clauses.

  • Facilitates a Next-Level Onboarding Process for new FIVE Tribe Members joining FIVE 's Head Office Team, curating a sensational experience and elevated 'Vibe at FIVE.'

  • Manages the Offboarding Process with a personalised touch, including Exit Interviews and all necessary paperwork.

  • Processes the monthly Payroll for Head Office FIVE Tribe Members, meticulously calculating salaries and deductions with a Detail-Oriented Approach.

  • Collaborates seamlessly with Finance and Accounting Departments to ensure the timely disbursement of salaries.

  • Manages Leave Requests, approvals, and maintains impeccable leave records utilising FIVE's Human Resources Hub.

  • Administers and tracks the Leave Allocation for each FIVE Tribe Member, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.

  • Coordinates Travel and Visa Arrangements for FIVE Tribe Members, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transportation, visa appointments, applications, and processing.

  • Ensures Adherence to Travel Policies and manages travel expenses with a 'FIVE-Star' Flair.

  • Provides specialised Support for Top Management's Travel Requirements, curating a lavishly planned Itinerary, Executive Airport Services, and VIP Accommodation reservations.

  • Arranges and supports Management's input into Committees and Meetings through the preparation and dissemination of relevant documentation, always maintaining a 'FIVE-Style' approach.

  • Drafts Agendas, takes meticulous Minutes, and notifies FIVE Tribe Members of any Actions that need to be taken, with Industry-Leading Efficiency.

  • Serves as the primary Point of Contact for Head Office FIVE Tribe Members regarding Human Resources-related queries, concerns, and leads Resolutions with a 'Can Do!' Attitude.

  • Provides Guidance and Support on Human Resources policies, procedures, and any FIVE Tribe relations.

  • Delivers expert Assistance to 'FIVERs' who are utilising FIVE's Boundary-Breaking Human Resources Hub.

  • Liaises with Senior Team Members and other Departments to ensure a Boundary-Breaking Service is received, showcasing a Remarkable Approach to Service Delivery.

Requirements
What We 're Looking For**



  • A minimum of ‎2 years of experience as an Office Manager with a Luxury Hospitality Brand, in a high-volume environment.

  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.

  • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

  • Find creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.

  • Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.

  • FIVE-Styled' Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.

  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
