Account Manager at Avtrade Dubai.
We are seeking an individual with a strong customer focus and experience in
Aviation Sales who can effectively lead the team and expand customer and
business portfolios in the region.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in
developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as fostering
connections with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The selected candidate will have the fantastic opportunity to work within a
multicultural and friendly team based in Dubai, one of the fastest-growing
cities in the world. This role offers extensive travel opportunities and the
chance to collaborate closely with major players in the Aviation industry
within the Middle East, India and African markets.

You will be working ‎39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Dubai office
which is in Gold Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, no weekends.
Function:
To manage the Sales Executives and Administrators for the Dubai region in the
provision of high level customer support and service to customers. Lead the
team in promoting Avtrade’s products and services to existing and new
customers and play a key role in achieving sales and marketing targets. You
will be required to travel as part of the role on a regular basis covering
Middle East, Africa and India.
Responsibilities:
* Grow customer portfolio and business in the specific region
* Trade Avtrade inventory by means of sale, exchange, loan or lease by quoting customers and pursuing opportunities
* Provide dedicated account management to all customers. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all assigned customer accounts, contacts, purchasing trends and activity
* Lead and develop the team to maximise trading and business opportunities
* Ensure all team members understand customer’s culture and way of trading within the region
* Develop regular visits to all customers and oversee team visit plans and business opportunities
Requirements:
Background in Sales within the Aviation MRO industry with preferably ‎3 years
experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of Aircraft Components
* Ability to change and adapt to changes in the aviation industry and customer requirements
* Willing to travel extensively in the area
* Ability to recognise and adapt to different countries and cultures and accustomed to cultural habits and ways of communication
* Good leadership skills and ability to mentor team members while able to prioritise and manage workload
* Excellent command of the English Language and other languages advantageous but not essential
* Excellent negotiation skills with proven financial achievements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED18,‎000.00 - AED27,‎000.00 per month
Experience:
* Aviation sales: ‎3 years (Preferred)
