Now we're looking for a Global HR Business Partner, MS Vertical, you 'll
be a part of our Global HR team.
What you 'll do:
* Act as a trustworthy advisor for VP of MS Vertical of Business and Senior Management Team in all HR related issues
* Taking part in all strategic business meetings related to MS Business Development and Growth, understanding of the major aspects of these business, its challenges, specifics, targets, and strategic plans all over the world
* Working with regional HR Teams all over the world to make sure that the interests of MS vertical employees are served and secured in the best way possible, and all the relevant HR processes and procedures are implemented for them timely, fairly, and efficiently
* Preparing HR Budget of the MS Vertical, participating in business planning, organizational development, and changes within the Vertical
* Making sure the processes of Onboarding, Probation Period Evaluation, KPIs setting, Development Plan creation and Trainings Assignment, PE and career planning are properly organized for MS Vertical team
* Creating a dashboard specifically for MS Vertical team with all the basic HR metrics to follow (built based on our current HR Dashboard we use)
* Making sure succession planning process is being implemented and both internal and external talent pools are created for every single critical position; making sure the key talents are identified, evaluated, getting their PDPs and trainings and are promoted within the vertical once such an opportunity comes
* Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
* Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
* Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
* Act as the member of the Global HR Team and Senior Leadership HR Team
About you:
* 10+ years of HR professional experience
* Strong in HR Generalist role and people management, deep knowledge of the latest HR practices, changes in the HR practices and deep interest to the HR sphere and its evolving
* Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills
* Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels
