HR Business Partner

What you'll deliver
* You'll be responsible for the successful delivery and management of HR processes and initiatives, as per your assigned Business Units/ Groups.
* You'll drive HR services primarily focused on, but not restricted to performance management, training, HR analytics and recruitment
* You'll work closely with the wider HR, to advise mid-junior level line managers, supervisors and staff on HR and employee relations matters; resourcing, talent management, staff Development, motivation & reward.
- You'll work on supporting the Head- Business Partners in developing
strategic initiatives for the relevant business units/ groups
What you bring
* You'll be educated to a degree level
* You should have at least 5 years ' work experience within strategic planning, consulting, project management and change management
* You must have experience working cross-functionally
* You should have previous experience dealing with senior business stakeholders
