Job Title
Manager, Partner Processing & Migrations
OVERVIEW:
The Mastercard Processing team is responsible for defining the strategy and
executing the delivery of, Processing products & Value-Added-Services serving
traditional and non-traditional Issuers/customers including but not limited to
Banks, Telcos, Retailers, Fintechs and Microfinance companies. As way forward
for Processing, we are a) brining new processing platform for mastercard to
the region as well as b) partnering with selected third party processors to
support our processing customers.

The person will work alongside the Product Managers as the product and
platforms expert. The candidate will have strong business analyst skills with
an interest in product development and management. The person will be looking
after migration aspects and help customers move to either our new platform or
to partner processor's platform

ROLE
* Partners with the sales, regional product leads and delivery teams to ensure clear and required solution definition for market product needs are presented to global product with a proposed implementation plan
* Acts as the knowledge expert on the platform and services for all stakeholders
* Maintains a strong knowledge of the needs of the strategic MEA markets for all platforms and represents MEAs needs in all proposed developments to the system
* Acts as focal point for customer requirements which need to be addressed

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support migration of customers to new Processing platform of mastercard or
third partner processor
* Due diligence of partner platform for migration
* Migration gap analysis
* Client solutioning & productizing
* Define migration approach and scope for each client
* Liaise with processor, client and mi tech teams to facilitate migration activities
* Translator of pts mi functionality to partner processor
* Enable new business through partner processor
* Support tech solutioning for new business with partner processor
* Act as domain expert and business analyst
* Feed to partner processor roadmap
* Support rfp/sales pitches together with partner processor teams

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in business analyst roles, product management/development, customer delivery or business development in financial services and/or bankcard industry is preferred.
* Experience in managing, developing or using card management systems is preferred

SKILLS/ ABILITIES:
* Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners
* Ability to effectively work across multiple functions
* Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
* Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
