Department Description:
The RBS Auto Loans Unit is the sales channels under Retail banking catering to
the auto loans requirements of existing Emirates NBD new to bank customers in
UAE The units core responsibility is to increase the market share of Auto Loan
Business and function in line with the Groups overall business strategy
The RBS Auto Loan Unit is responsible to manage auto dealerships in UAE and
generating maximum share of business for the bank Its also handle Fleet
business referral business from Call center Personal banking Priority Banking
and Private banking units It also accountable for fulfilling the loan
requirements of Emirates NBD branch business staff credit Unit
The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products
such as Credit Cards Motor Insurance accounts etc to increase the
profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank

Job Requirements:
1 Pre Screening of all Retail Credit auto loan application received from
Direct Sales Staff before LPO issuance and subsequently forwarding to RCC
2 Process all transactionsinformation as per the procedures in order to
deliver errorfree results Apply uptodate knowledge of all relevant procedures
policies applicable in order to perform processing related tasks as per laid
down guidelines and norms by GRCBusiness This also requires available System
checks and critical checking of required Documents which are attached with the
Customers Application to mitigate Credit Risk Verify andor process
transactionsinformation in a timely efficient and accurate manner in order to
deliver service within stipulated turnaround period
3 Address internal and external customer queries in a timely courteous and
effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction
4 Update databases regularly to ensure availability of updated data or
information needed for accurate processingreportingMIS
5 Prepare appropriate reports returns for timely submission to Management for
verification and further action
