Manages and oversees the daily operational functions of Processing & Benefits
Section, ensures effective and efficient operation of the section.
1.Manages the daily operational activities of the assigned services/functions.
2.Evaluates subordinates' performance. Advises subordinates of performance
evaluations. Provides necessary training and orientation to employees.
3.Assists in correcting deficiencies, and ensures the elimination of manual
errors or unnecessary procedures.
4.Reviews completed transactions of the section to ensure completeness and
accuracy.
5.Plans and recommends new policies and/or procedures to meet changing
circumstances and needs.
6.Coordinates processing and benefits activities with activities of Personnel
Services.
7.Maintains liaison with other departments to assure optimum functioning of
the Section and proper utilization and effectiveness of resources.
8.Maintains update of the Internal Policies and/or Procedure (IPP).
9.Prepares reports and statistics as required.
10.Reviews and provides feedback of different inquiries and referral documents
as required.
11.Enhances, tests, and runs the Processing and Benefits automation process.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related
discipline required.
Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years in a managerial
position with Master 's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
