Description:
The job holder is expected to provide superior client service experience and
seamless delivery of all Escrow Operations services in collaboration with
his/her team. He/ She needs to ensure the services provided as an Account
Trustee to Clients internal and external stakeholders are in line with Real
Estate Escrow Common Area Escrow Body Corporate Escrow Commercial Escrow and
banks process and guidelines

Experience Result oriented professional with ‎2 years of experience in Escrow
Operations Services


Key Responsibilities
‎1. Handling day to day Escrow operations activities in compliance with Real
Estate/DIFC/Common Area/Commercial Escrow Laws and Regulations and internal
procedures related to these services within the timelines.
‎2. Check daily transactions documents related to Developers, Unit Management,
Projects, Payments, Deposits, Allocations, Unit Cancellation/Refund, Pending
payments, Guarantee management, Retention transfer and others and ensure
timely processing and confirmation to clients/stakeholders. Liaise with bank
appointed engineer/s for obtaining their certification for release of
payments. Ensure timely Reconciliation of internal and regulatory reports for
sending it Regulatory/stakeholders within timelines.
‎3. Check project wise reports and ensure project wise accounts are reconciled
and up to date. Ensure all exceptions are escalated, approved and ratified.
Ensure customer queries are responded within the timelines and confidentiality
maintained. Liaise with concerned team for clarifications related to any
transaction.
‎4. Quick adaptability to new initiatives, systems or any changes in the
existing process related to Escrow Operations & Services.
‎5. Support Product Managers / Business units operationally, ensuring customer
satisfaction by transactions getting
processed in line with regulatory/internal bank process, policy and
procedures. Providing clarifications / seeking clarifications to and from
internal / external customers for smooth completion of the request.
‎6. Analyze operational activities and provide ideas, recommendation and
implement to reduce manual activities and enhance operational efficiency in
compliance with the Operational and Regulatory guidelines.‎7. Display subject
matter expertise and ensure service quality meets customer's, Regulatory and
bank's expectations.
‎8. Well versed with Finacle, BPM, EMS, smartBUSINESS, Payment Hub and other
banking applications.
‎9. Reconcile audit report and timely submission of audit report to
Regulatory/DIFC/Common Area in line with Regulatory guidelines for account
trustee, developer, Common Area and Body Corporate.
‎10. Perform UAT for new/enhancement product releases, review and provide sign
off to IT/stakeholders.Closely liaise with Product team, Tanfeeth, IT and
stakeholders for timely delivery of product launch/enhancements on production.
Job Requirements:
* Display subject matter expertise and ensure service quality meets customers Regulatory and banks expectations
* Well versed with Finacle BPM EMS smartBUSINESS Payment Hub and other banking applications
* Reconcile audit report and timely submission of audit report to Regulatory DIFC Common Area in line with Regulatory guidelines for account trustee developer Common Area and Body Corporate
* Perform UAT for new enhancement product releases review and provide sign off to IT stakeholders
* Closely liaise with Product team Tanfeeth IT and stakeholders for timely delivery of product launch enhancements on production:
* At least ‎2 years of experience in Escrow Operations Services and various aspects of banking
* Well versed with Finacle BPM EMS smartBUSINESS Payment Hub and other banking applications Sound knowledge on MS Word Excel Powerpoint
* Client Regulatory Management
