Department Description:
Retail Banking Sales comprise of Credit Cards Personal Loans Auto Loans Home
Loans and Liabilities Multiproduct
The sales support team is responsible for providing administrative support and
various coordination that are required on day to day basic for the sales team
They ensure that the department is compliant with bank guidelines by following
the internal controls
The team involve in executing the activities to support sales team which
includes the cooperation with crossfunctional teams such as HRS IT GOPS Risk
FPI etc and handles marketing promotions and Local Area marketing Initiatives
for supporting sales growth
Brief Description:
The RBS Sales support executive is responsible for providing administrative
and clerical services in order to ensure effective efficient operations of the
department maintaining healthy office environment
Detailed Description:
Customer service orientation
Record keeping
Administrative Services
System KnowledgeP2P MARS
Concern for quality
Update Inventory Tracker
Coordinate with concerned Team for the maintenance of office Equipment
Problem solution
Support Training Coordinator for the arrangement Logistics required
Record Keeping of expenses for all the RBS Departments
Job Requirements:


‎1 Respond to customers calls and enquiries promptly accurately and efficiently
recognizes the importance of the customer Takes ownership to the same is
courteouspolite in dealing with the customer
‎2 Keep records relevant to tasks undertaken in order to provide information
and continuity
‎3 Deliver administrative services to ensure the operations are maintained in
an effective up to date and accurate manner


‎4 Request of Office Supply through P2P and Submit Monthly report of Petty Cash
through MARS


‎5 Shows general concern for quality recognizing the importance of procedures
processes and formal and informal quality standards


‎6 Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment supplies and arrange for
the repair and maintenance of office equipment
‎7 Solve simple problems arising from tasks undertaken in order to complete
tasks effectively and efficiently with minimal reference
‎8 Provide support for Training Arrangement Logistic required during internal
Training
‎9 Update Department expenses and provide report when required


Additional Details:
Proficient in Excel is mandatory along with the system knowledge such as P2P
Empower
