Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for an Adminstrator to strengthen our team. This
role is based out in Dubai.
*
Update the travel tracker for business travels/rotations
* Check the documents required if all are correct then save it in their respective folders.
* Responsible for archive/folders to ensure the required copies of documents are properly saved and stored
* Chase up employees and compile boarding passes to archive and submit to the finance team
* Request client email account to the client's IT.
* Assist on i-Expense set up and queries.
* Assist new starts on arrival to Dubai for any query.
* Assist on requesting Iraq visa fees, prepare vouchers and reports/ track are in place
* Interact with the finance team
Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise
Personal attributes:
Proactive and positive, works calmly under pressure
Works closely with others to achieve results
Flexible and customer focused
Organised and efficient
