This is an opportunity to join the Measurement Solutions and Systems business
unit where our technologies and solutions deliver superior Flow measurement
and Analytical expertise while providing customers with the confidence and
insight as they need to continuously improve safety and efficiency in the most
critical process applications. This position is required for Dubai office, the
base for MSS Middle East & Africa organization.
Job Description
The Project Admin is responsible the Administrative support for the project
and financial team for Measurement Solutions & Systems (MSS) for ME & Africa
Operations.
The individual plans and directly work with PM, Sales team and Operations team
to work on the order booking, keeping the project financial updated.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide the administrative support to Project team.
* Working with Sales team to book the project in the systems by attending IKOM and Reviewing the Commercial Contract, Costing Sheet, Credit Check, Agreed Payments terms, DDQ Check, Screening the Customers
* Forecast the financial performance of the project under the direction of PM
* Participate in the budget administration and financial analysis under the direction of PM and finance controller and updating the EAC, GP on the project
* Support the commercial aspects of the project including timely invoicing of the project, generating documents as per LC terms, coordinating with finance for ABG and PBG
* Generating the Purchase requisition in Oracle Systems for procurement activities
* Receiving the Monthly Invoices and Vendor Invoices in Oracle
* Chasing the SSC Team for payment processing for Vendor / Interco
* CVDH Request Submission for Vendor and Customer Setups
* Preparing Certificate of Origin in Dubai Chamber Website
* Adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Commerce or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Project administration
* Exceptional Interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and Spoken English.
* PC literate with MS Office and Business IT systems
