Log all maintenance queries through so that repairs and requests can be acted
upon, and produce progress updates.
Accountabilities
* Receive and log all maintenance requests received by telephone, email or in person by entering them to the CMMS system, to ensure that all maintenance requests are registered for follow-up purposes.
* Assist maintenance coordinator by allocating work orders to maintenance technicians in case of his absence to ensure that maintenance is performed according to schedule.
* Follow up on maintenance works by monitoring technicians to ensure that maintenance orders are fulfilled.
* Maintain all the paperwork related to maintenance, including following up on purchase orders of spare parts and replacement parts, and following up with the finance department regarding the issuance of supplier cheques, to ensure that the whole service cycle has been completed.
* Report the status of maintenance within the department by analyzing maintenance requests and reporting the outcome to the Operation Excellence Manager.
Employees' duties are not limited to the above-mentioned Accountabilities;
he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
