MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Maintenance/ Service Coordinator; is the person who is responsible for
providing coordination between the maintenance team and service supervisor and
plan, administer and record all maintenance activities.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :-
* Overall coordination of all the maintenance, operational and installation activities together with the Service Supervisor and Maintenance team
* To plan all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective.
* To coordinate information handover between working shifts to provide seamless performance
* Produce detail Monthly Maintenance Report to the Management consisting of team Availability, Equipment Availability, PPM and Corrective Maintenance.
* Coordinate Spare parts stock control, ordering purchase and storage.
* Coordinate between Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and delivery for Spare parts and Installations
