Coordinates and organizes the repairs and/or maintenance under the scope of
work. Coordinates requirements to ensure timely completion of the repair
and/or maintenance works
1.Implements preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers,
performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnosing and
fixing any faults in machinery.
2. Receives work requests for maintenance and/or repairs under UMD scope of
work.
3. Analyses work requests and determines required actions including section's
responsibility, materials requirements and priorities according to existing
guidelines.
4. Keeps track of supply and material inventories. Purchasing any equipment,
tools, or materials that may be required.
5. Coordinates of UMD assets, which are required for the completion of
maintenance and/or repairs works.
6. Coordinates with other departments/sections as needed for the completion
of maintenance and/or repair works.
7. Coordinates between requestor and UMD technicians as needed to facilitate
completion of requested maintenance works.
8. Ensures basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing
regular inspections. Assessesprocedures and making recommendations for
improvement.
9. Follows all Hospital 's related Policies and Procedures.
10. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as
applicable.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Administration or other related
discipline is required
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor's, or three (3) years with
Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineer
