Organizes and coordinates the repairs and/or maintenance under the Utilities
and Maintenance Division (UMD) scope of work. Coordinates requirements to
ensure timely completion of the repair and/or maintenance works.
1. Receives work requests for maintenance and/or repairs under UMD scope of
work.
2. Analyses work requests and determines required actions including section
responsibility, materials requirements and priorities according to existing
guidelines.
3. Refers to the supervisor if the report is not within the scope of work for
instructions.
4. Coordinates UMD assets that required for the completion of maintenance
and/or repairs works.
5. Coordinates with other departments/sections as needed for the completion
of maintenance and/or repair works. Informs the supervisor of any such
actions.
6. Coordinates between requestor and UMD technicians as needed to facilitate
completion of requested maintenance works.
7. Follows all prescribed Hospital and departmental safety and other
procedures.
8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
9. Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as
applicable.
10. Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor 's or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
or other related discipline is required.
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor 's or three (3) years with
Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
Saudi driver 's license.
