As Associate Customer Service Specialist, you will be a direct contact person
for all customers within the region of Medtronic Arabia's Business units and
for Medtronic International Customer Care and Supply Chain group. It includes
sales and purchase order proceedings and relative documentation preparation.
You will work in close cooperation with the Customer Care and Supply Chain
Manager, Business Unit Managers and Finance Manager. You will as well support
sales activities and contribute to structural improvement of the projects. The
job requires good knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and certification
procedures, understanding of product flow through third party logistic
suppliers to the transit warehouses and final customers. The challenge will be
to get to know the customers, complying with their particular requirements and
take care of their needs.

Must Haves
* Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service in a multinational company in Medical Device or Pharma
* Knowledge of SAP
* Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge
* Fluent English written and spoken
* Willingness to travel 20%
