Customer Service Associate - Definite contract


Position purpose:


In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a continuous and smooth
supply of quality finished goods to distributors at the best cost. You will
play a central role in acting as a link between the factory and Market
Managers/distributors, involving both internal and external partners, with
particular emphasis directed to the coordination of maintaining, in liaison
with distributors, factory and Market managers, a product supply pipeline to
all markets, with a focus on achieving the right balance between product
freshness and sufficient in the market stock


What will you do - responsibilities:



  • Timely and accurate processing of orders to the factory, maintaining systematic follow-up in relation to the conformity of their execution

  • Monitor actual production and stocks in transit. Ensure timely issuance of shipping documents to distributors and keep distributors informed of any change affecting order/shipment

  • Timely report on a daily orders update report

  • Monitoring & communicating with distributors, Market and other stakeholders about any ageing credit limit value & days to ensure timely receipt of payments

  • Timely submission of quality complaints

  • Ensure that all activities undertaken by the Customer Service department fully comply with company policies and procedures


Who are we looking for - requirements:



  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or Finance

  • Broad experience in export supply chain management ‎5 years in a large FMCG multinational company

  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken)

  • You have experience with working with an ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and are proficient in using Excel

  • Excellent work ethic, especially adherence to deadlines, you have excellent communication- and problem-solving skills, as well as you are customer-oriented


  • Ability to acquire quickly new software and basics in MS Access and/or other BI tools would be a plus
