Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Customer Service Specialist
This position reports into the Customer Service Lead and is based in Jeddah,
KSA.
Please note this is a fixed term contract of ‎1 year.

What You Will Do*
As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the
assigned customer's order to delivery cycle, ensuring best in class service
level and customers satisfaction.
Kindly note that this is a fixed term contract of ‎1 year.
Key Responsibilities

*
Orders to Delivery Process Management:*
* Execute the orders validation and entry process in SAP ensuring all customers orders details are captured accurately in a compliant and efficient manner.
* Execute deliveries creation process in SAP & delivery booking process with customer's warehouses, ensuring all deliveries are passed to the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) in the right time so it can be delivered at the customer's requested delivery date.
* Execute return orders process through CRM/SAP system.
* Resolves any issue with the customer in order to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
* Communication with the Commercial team to keep them updated on the customers order status.



  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Executes customer engagement actions with all assigned customers including ensuring reliable flow of information and updates to all customers as well as regular meetings with all customers (in different frequencies) to review performance, capture issues and align on process improvements.

  • Keep Customer Master Data updated with any changes to price, barcode, item discontinuation and any changes to the items.


  • Support the addition of new customer.




  • Compliance:




  • Ensure adherence to the SOX standards, quality agreements, and other Company or local policies and regulations




  • Continuous Improvement:



  • Initiate improvement projects with all stakeholder in the value chain, design processes and perform process health checks to resolve issues, save cost or cut lead time
    Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.

  • ‎1 year experience, preferably in a Supply Chain function. Need to understand warehousing and distribution concepts, language and best practices.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.

  • Experience in Customer Service or Logistics Operations either from supplier is a plus, LSP or retailer point of view.

  • Experience from a multi-national or regional company in FMCG.

  • Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports

  • Expert in SAP Customer to Cash (CTC) cycle

  • Previous Team leadership experience.

  • Expert in Excel, Skilled enough in Word and Power point.
