Roles and responsibilities :
* Handling HR Service to provide all employees services.
* Conduct system gap analysis and work closely with HR Information team.
* Keep outbound and inbound records for human resources department.
* Keep and complete staff files and records.
* Implement and follow up of human resources operations of employees by scope of work (leave ,Clearance, etc.).
* Employment contracts.
* Complete the remaining hiring process.
* Prepare Identification letters and Certificates.
* Administer employment contract process.
* Keep and provide stationary for employee.
* Prepare payment requests for the HR department.
