When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we'd be pretty surprised
if talabat didn't pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order
in Kuwait in 2004, we've grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.

Role Summary/Overview
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for acting as a fair partner
between employees and management to assist in conflict resolution through
various forms of intervention including problem-solving, mediation, training,
and counseling. He investigates employee complaints and recommends appropriate
solutions, including but not limited to disciplinary action and separation of
employment.
Role Scope
* Employee relations specialists will need to have extensive knowledge of employment law.
* Adhering to regulatory standards, company and industry regulations at all times.
* conducting investigations and managing the investigative process for internal complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues.
* response to government requests for employment complaints and facilitating conflict resolution.
* Consultative services - including performance counselling (e.g., discipline, performance improvement plans), incident handling, review of HR policy and compliance department
* Responsible for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with all employee claims.
* Share with People Partners in Conducting grievance meetings with employees when related to operations, losses or fraud cases
* Monitors the implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational functions and prevent fraudulent activities and to recover any incurred loss
* generate reports related to incidents and keep accurate records
Technical knowledge, Skills, Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Legal, HR or a related field
previous experience in customer care or shared services industries is a plus
Ability to remain objective and open-minded in all situations.
Can demonstrate a combination of assertiveness, sensitivity and tact leading
to high credibility and ability to persuade.
Works with minimal supervision and guidance.
