Job Summary:
The Employee Relations will be responsible for maintaining good communication
and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
He/she will be mainly responsible for organizing various employee activities
for Shangri-La
As an Employee Relations, we rely on you to,
Keeps record of all the employee activities conducted and the expenses
incurred.
Assists in disseminating information relevant to the general staff.
Maintains confidentiality of specified information, as needed, and instructed.
Tracking and follow up of all departmental Dialogue sessions.
Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to
promote employee satisfaction.
Provides first level support of employee relations matters and uses judgment
to give direction to employees or involve higher level management.
What we are Looking For:
At least 1 year working experience in hotel
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Computer Knowledge.
