Job Summary:
* Manage a team of retail staff in order to promote retail sales for Tires and Battery, achieve sales targets, turnover, profit, market share growth and customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities:
* Assign and follow up on targets for retail counters for Yokohama and Non-Yokohama tires.
* Assign and follow up on targets to increase the sales of Yokohama tires through Toyota and Lexus garages.
* Assign and follow up on the targets for service jobs like wheel alignment and balancing, nitrogen filling, oil change etc from retail counters.
* Design policies for improving sales and service of truck tires and industrial tires from YTTC - Ahmadi.
* Assign targets and follow up on sales of battery brand Al Afdal through our Retail counters.
* Follow up and improve the OE sales of Yokohama tyres from premium automotive brands like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes etc.
* Analyze sales trends, variances, identify gaps and submit report to the Senior Manager, Tire Sales with improving recommendations.
* Analyze sales demand; prepare sales forecast and ensure maintaining appropriate level of stock in the branch upon approval of Senior Manager, Tire Sales.
* Assist Senior Manager in order planning, preparing budgets and overseeing the financial administration of planning projects.
* Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
* Design policies for improving sales and service of truck tires and industrial tires from YTTC - Ahmadi.
* Assign and review the growth of solid tire fitment which is a highly lucrative opportunity to be tapped.
* Enhance lubricant sales through retail centers especially Taxi customers.
* Focus the sale of non-Yokohama tires in PCR , 4x4 on/off-road tires, especially from Jahra and Canada Dry.
* Study and develop the Mobile Van concept.
* Explore new locations to expand our retail base in Kuwait, especially Jahra which has a big potential for non Yokohama tyres.
* Engage and encourage the Retail Centre employees to improve our sales by educating them and lending clarity of our incentive policies.
* Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer base and generate business.
Minimum Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* More than 8 years of experience in a similar role
