About the Role
To supervise the daily activities of soft services teams through supporting
agronomics details of the staff that is related to the security, general
safety, hygiene, and sub-contractors/ staff for the site, ensuring excellent
service standards and high levels of compliance.
About You
Ideally, the candidate would have:
* Bachelors in any related field.
* At least +4 experience in leading and developing a large team in a similar operation.
* Committed to delivering exceptional service standards.
* Ability to report the schedule of the staff and subcontractors in the facility.
* Excellent South Asian and English communication skills in writing and speaking. ( Bngali, Hindi, Bali)
