The Soft Services Coordinator will be responsible for administering,
supervising and managing the delivery of the soft services (cleaning,
maintenance, reception, waste) within the building by the FM service provider.
Additionally, the Soft Services Coordinator is required to support the Senior
Facility Manager in the management of the building operations. Finally, the
Soft Services Coordinator must ensure that the Service Provider is following
the manufacturers requirements for the maintenance of related assets.
Duties:
Oversee the soft services contractor. Oversee and manage the property specific
operating policies and procedures and follow through with enforcement. Prepare
and deliver operational performance reports to the Senior Facility Manager as
required on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with the properties’
operational policies and procedures where applicable. Oversee all accident and
incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures.
Motivate the contractors to achieve required standards. Co-ordinate with the
appointed fit-out Manager and support the tenant fit-out process Any other
technical or operational duties reasonably requested by the Senior
Facility Manager
