PROJECT SUPERVISOR – SOFT SERVICES

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading the
projects' completion and maintenance. As this is a senior role, it may require
interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often
managing several work force movement and allocation, shift scheduling, meeting
and maintain project KPIs and client coordination to ensure deliverables fall
within applicable project scope.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward.
* Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
* Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.
* Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
* Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it.
* Assign duties to workers and inspect already completed tasks to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standards.
* Make recommendations to help improve housekeeping services within the organization.
* Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also prepare reports on a routine basis
* Supervisor junior supervisors and team leaders to ensure properly relayed housekeeping duties to the housekeeping team.
* Assists the Housekeeping Manager in preparing reports to client; attend client meetings in the absence of a manager.
* Act as communication liaison between low-level employees and senior management.
* Coordinate workforce needs and train employees.

QUALIFICIATON
* Diploma in any business field.
* Bachelor's degree in any business field desirable but not preferred.
* Possess a valid UAE driver's license desirable but not preferred.

CERTIFICATON
* BICS certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
* Must have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
* Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
* Solid problem-solving skills.
* Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment.
* Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
* Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
* Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines

EXPERIENCE
* Minimum three (‎3) years' experience as a Project Supervisor in a facilities management or hospitality industry.
