Job Purpose

To build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Oncology
portfolio, to drive sales performance, market share and profitability; to be
responsible for optimal resource utilization and; to have deep understanding
of customers and the healthcare market and apply insights to create new
business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading sales activity for oncology portfolio, accountable for performance targets and In-Market Sales achievement for the assigned portfolio.
* ‎80 % engagement in field activities including coaching, double visits and monitoring strategies and activities implementation.
* Provide adequate training, coaching, follow-up and development of sales team in all phases of their work including career development.
* Ensure his/her team development and sharpen their capabilities to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Accountable for cross functional collaboration, securing strategy implementation and operational plans execution for assigned portfolio.
* Evaluate new business opportunities and make appropriate recommendations to the Business Unit Head.
* Ensure activities compliance, strictly following SOPs and local regulations, having proper governance in place.
* Manage and control expenses to maximize return on investment.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or Medical Background (Dentistry/ Medicine/Veterinary Medicine/ Bioscience)
* ‎3 years Oncology sales experience is a must
* ‎2 years people management experience
