  • Set & Follow up Developing Egypt Sales Functional Work Plan

  • Set & Follow up Establishing Annual Plan for Sales & Expenses

  • Set & Follow up Company growth & Competitive Objectives

  • Set & Follow up Resources Management Plan (Projects / Programs)

  • Set & Follow up Assigning work Activities & work Flow

  • Set & Follow up Developing long term Customer Relationship Strategy

  • Audit the plan on monthly basis to put a mile stone to track the plan

  • Ensure that work Activities Achieve goals of Pre-set Plan

  • Supervise the implementation of Sales Function plan

  • Recommend sales Specific new Suggestions

  • Oversee Sales Activities, Providing support to sales team

  • Track sales & Expenses

  • Monitor the work flow & suggesting necessary actions to direct supervisors

  • Maintain Excellent Relationships with Internal sales, Commercial, and Logistics teams

  • Balance team and individual responsibilities while contribution to building positive team spirit

  • Develop workable implementation plans & coaches' colleagues to do the same

  • Leads, advises, and assists work groups in developing solutions to resolve practical service issues and problems

  • Prioritize, plan, and action activities as per available resources, team experiences in order to achieve divisional objectives

  • Assesses and pursues training and development opportunities in team, striving continuously to build knowledge and skills

  • Reward the employees, creating the competitive spirit & set the rewards for their achievements

  • Follow up Customer relationship & satisfaction through planned individual account field visits, regular meeting with key customers, regular outstation visits

  • Review meetings with the sales team, ensure long term trust & satisfaction

  • Ensure quality of services and exceed commitments and expectation

  • Build Team culture which is field oriented with regular basic tools

  • Maintains & Develops business growth for existing and new partners by focusing on all their key areas

  • Recruits and select team members by providing guidelines, Double visits and strict compliance standard

  • Ensure all cross functional alignment between all department

  • Facilitate all communication between all stock holders

  • Adapts solutions to changing conditions, improves processes, products, and services & be a leader by example

  • Fosters quality focus in others

  • Assigns resources as per Responsibilities

  • Ensure availabilities & qualities of all resources to ensure customer satisfaction level
