Responsibilities
* Accelerate growth of sales, collaborating with senior leaders to set revenue goals and strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.
* Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
* Revising and implementing sales strategy.
* Setting revenue targets and setting key performance indicators.
* Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
* Implementing sales strategies across and monitoring effectiveness.
* Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate
* Working closely with the national accounts team in order to secure large accounts.
* Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
* Ensuring the organization has an effective sales training program.
* Working with leaders on budgeting and planning.
* Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality.
* Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
* Implementing best practice in sales.


Qualifications
* ‎8-‎10 years of sales field and strategy experience in FMCG.
* Located in Sudan
* Snacks background is a must
* Strategy and Design experience in FMCG
* Developing and executing a business plan is a must
* International sales experience is a plus
* Impacting and influencing skills is a must
* Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship with peers, Direct reports , and distributors ' management team.
* People management skills & managing Stakeholders
* Sales Regional experience in FMCGs
* Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
* Leading and Motivating Others (Creating enthusiasm, inspire positive attitude, desire to succeed).
* Developing and supporting the team (Actively improves others' skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
* Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values).
