As an Oncology Senior Product Manager , you will be responsible to drive
the marketing strategy for the Oncology portfolio and new launched products,
developing customer strategy for the KEEs while delivering promotional
campaign in line with the product commercial & access strategy.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to
progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

* Generate and gather insights, opportunities, risks and needs from the oncology market and give input to the relevant teams.
* Co-develop and execute the operational brand plan in the market through localization of the global strategies & plans in addition to local initiatives.
* Lead and manage the local cross-functional joint planning sessions to ensure launch excellence for our oncology portfolio.
* Mapping the HCPs & Customers journey while identifying the gaps among the patients care value chain.
* Work in alignment with market access teams for building value dossier for the oncology portfolio for maximizing the payer value proposition that optimize the payer value equation.
* Ensure exceptional customer engagement, collect customer insights, analyze secondary and primary data, and drive business intelligence.
* Building the oncology team capabilities in alignment with the global resources & local materials.
* Develop the strategic business plans including the tactical / operational activity plan.
* Execute global integrated campaigns, collaborate with 3rd parties, global and regional stakeholders for local implementation.
* Develop new and creative marketing tactics, including the adoption of the omnichannel approaches.
* Ensure availability of products, coordinate the demand and supply planning cycles.
* Maintain an accurate customer segmentation exercise, segmented according to potential, customer preferences in addition to socioeconomic considerations.
* Stay abreast of market developments, including competitor information, messaging, activities, pricing, regulations, etc.
* Prepare materials for cycle meetings and training courses throughout the year to support the sales force in delivering the key messages and an impactful call.
* Ensure the approval of all promotional materials, both internally and externally (EDA).
* Evaluate the oncology portfolio on a regular basis from the commercial point of view i.e. market potential, price, pack, profitability etc.

* University Bachelor's degree from pharmaceutical science / Medicine / Veterinary/Dentistry/Science.
* Oncology marketing experience is a must.
* ‎2 - ‎4 Years of experience in similar role " Oncology Product Manager" within a multinational organization is essential.
* Results-orientated approach to work with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Absolute commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability for individual actions.
* A team player who is working cross-functionally within the organization matrix.
* Excellent planning, time management and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, actively seek to improve processes, controls and expand effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
