Analyze requirement, design software, review developed software, and review
source code & unit test cases related to mobility development team/practice.
The task covers coaching junior and senior software developer, lead meetings,
support team's problem and questions and give technical solution for the
problems to the team as well
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee and design mobile products development plans
* Review source code and coach junior and senior software developers.
* Analyze, design and architect the product under development.
* Research and adopt new development technologies.
* Lead meeting, conduct teleconference meeting and contract both external and internal team to get the agreement/solution on problem/design.
* Balance deadlines, functionality, and quality.
* Submit weekly work plans and progress reports on time.
* Ensure Creation of release notes for developed applications.
* Collaborate with QC to fix reported bugs.
* Enhance logging and error handling to ease applications troubleshooting.
Education and Qualification:
Preferred: Bachelor 's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related
field.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* 5-10 Years relevant experience in similar industry and capacity.
* Expert knowledge and experience with native mobile apps (Android, iOS)
* Expert knowledge on development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, REST, JSON, CSS, APIs, etc.
* Strong knowledge about software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
* Good knowledge about software development models especially Microservices oriented apps.
* Good knowledge and practical experience in leading and managing software development teams.
* Knowledge of DevOps standard and processes in developing mobile apps.
