Educational background:
* B.Sc. Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
* Fluent in both spoken and written English
* ITIL Foundation is a must
* CCNA R&S is a must
* CCNA Voice / Security / JSEC / CCNA collaboration / Microsoft SfB core is a plus
Professional Experience:
* 3-4 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunication and Networking
* 3-4 years in a customer facing roles
