CMD Team Leader

  • Act as a deputy for the team manager

  • Drive changes that improve support-related processes

  • Identify and address knowledge gaps, ensure common understanding across the team

  • Streamline the interlock with the other supporting entities

  • Responsible for workflow training and documentation for newcomers

  • Perform quality audits and assist in score card preparation

  • Monitor key performance indicators, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and establish quality metrics as needed

  • Support the team manager in reporting, auditing, and SIPs (Service improvement plans)

  • Listen to customer voice, identify trends, and pain areas and drive the necessary improvement actions

  • Help team manager in planning & enhancing team capabilities

  • Act as a first level of escalation
    Support the team manager in the initial phase of the hiring process

Skills / Qualifications:
* Fluent in English
* Very good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks
* Strong presentation & leadership skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and determined attitude
* Strategically focused and customer oriented
* Able to understand complex customer infrastructure and good understanding of services provided to customers


Educational background:
* B.Sc. Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
* Fluent in both spoken and written English
* ITIL Foundation is a must
* CCNA R&S is a must
* CCNA Voice / Security / JSEC / CCNA collaboration / Microsoft SfB core is a plus

Professional Experience:

* ‎3-‎4 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunication and Networking
* ‎3-‎4 years in a customer facing roles
