Position base: Cairo
Reports to: General Manager Developing Markets
This is a people manager role with a team of ‎2 reporting into it
Geography scope: Northern Africa (includes ‎14 countries e.g. Libya,
Ethiopia, Sudan, Malta)


You'll be responsible for developing channel expertise that drives growth.
You'll:
* Form strategic partnerships with key customers for winning & outperformance
* Create win-wins for Reckitt & its customers through complex negotiations
* Help us make the right long term business decisions
* Paint a picture of what success looks like for each customer.
You 'll succeed because…

* Are customer-focused with the ability to turn insights into strategic plans
* Have experience of building long-term relationships based on consistent delivery
* Are entrepreneurial, driven to pursue and finish objectives

* Have ‎8-‎10 years of sales experience with a focus on Traditional Trade & Export markets
