Job Description:



  • Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance.

  • Present any required statistics requested by the management team.

  • Ensuring that complaints are recorded on system, sent to responsible person to handle & finalized on system.

  • Set action plans for underperformers when required, and follow-up on its implementation.

  • Keep CCAs well informed of updates (products, locations..etc.)


Outbound sales activities/external communication:
* Design and develop plans for any required outbound project requested by the management team.
* Follow-up on the implementation of the agreed upon plan.
* Assign roles and responsibilities for each and every agent.
* Present project results to the Management team.Job summary:

Job Requirements:



  • Bsc. of any discipline

  • Experience in call center as Team Leader or Supervisor not less than ‎2 years.

  • Offshore call center background.

  • Telesales call center background is a huge plus.

  • Adapts to diverse cultures (Egypt / Dubai) and clienteles (B2C, B2B).

  • Takes initiative, resilient and persistent.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Excellent reporting skills.

  • Excellent time management, to be able to cater to the ‎4 companies of the organization.
