Job Description


Role:
This role is accountable for developing the strategies and execution plans for
the local and global accounts under both on premise and organized trade sub-
channels; meanwhile lead the execution on our newly introduced initiatives and
categories via leading on the trade marketing design with a close partnership
with the commercial team; designing launch plans across all trade channels.
The role also reflects a clear responsibility on channel profitability,
delivering on D &A optimization and CTS initiatives along with revenue
management design for high end customers/chains.
This role will also over-look the implementation of the new operating model
for the sales function, delivering clear and solid market strategy/execution
excellence at the point of sale.


Accountabilities:
‎1. Lead the design of the strategy for MT for Egypt beverages.
‎2. Develop Commercial Calendar for marketing initiatives execution in market
(by channel execution KPIs).
‎3. Lead on the execution standards for the NCBs portfolio expansion.
‎4. Lead on Share and distribution strategy development; working very closely
with market leads and commercial team to ensure company meets both share and
distribution objectives.
‎5. In charge of execution the volume, distribution, and NOPBT plans for
business development units and also executes the activation plans based on
commercial calendar.
‎6. Lead on the business development units new operating model in term of
implementing both business and people new designs.
‎7. Establish and maintain Key customers' wiring and relationship management;
along with raising the organization capability and optimized design.
‎8. Build cross function relationship and collaboration matrix to ensure
synchronized work stream for both sales and marketing teams.
‎9. Lead on the Shopper insights agenda with the MU/region teams including the
portfolio initiatives and pack price strategy.


Measures:
‎1. Non-Traditional Trade volume, market share, revenue, CTS (S&D and D&A) and
NOPBT targets for nationwide. ‎2. Non-Traditional Trade KPIs objectives (SKU
distribution, trucks productivity, competitive market calendar, tactical D&A)
‎3. Infrastructure deployment and loyalty programs results and execution
timelines.
‎4. Distributors /exclusive customers P&Ls and total CTS.


Qualifications/Requirements


Key Skills/Experience Required:
* Proven Business & People leadership skills, ability to manage complex design and large organization scope.
* Excellent business knowledge of sales and distribution, preferably in Beverages/FMCG industry.
* Excellent business knowledge of sales and distribution. Trade marketing & OP. exposure is a must.
* Outstanding Negotiation Skills & Conflict management.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Solid strategic planning and financials background.
* Revenue management and TT experience, along with brand management skills and knowledge.
