Job Description



  • Responsible of promoting company's products and services through all marketing channels such as Web Site, Social Media, Exhibitions and Conferences

  • Arranging and coordinating campaigns, workshops, and seminars

  • Responsible of designing and preparing sales and marketing material and documentation

  • Analyze cost and sales of products and identify measures to optimize cost and grow sales

  • Develop products and services pricing and positioning strategies

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners

  • Collect and consolidate feedback on company products and services

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Take all possible measures to make sure that the support team is providing an over-satisfactory level of after-sales support

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Drive product launches and coordinating it with product development team


Requirements



  • B.A. in business administration

  • ‎7+ years of experience in business development, marketing and/or sales of software solutions

  • Budgeting, forecasting & business planning experience

  • Proven ability to align other departments within their organizations to deliver revenue and sales growth

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

  • Proven track record in growing existing account base and to position new service in market

  • Ability to conduct high quality research

  • Demonstrate knowledge of trends in cloud-based and mobile applications space

  • Solid Experience in interacting with customers and providing support

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Time management and planning skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
