You are responsible for
* Directing telephone contacts or written inquiries to appropriate personnel.
* May answering non-technical questions regarding company products.
* Maintaining log of incoming "hotline" contacts.

To succeed in this role, you 'll need a customer-first attitude and the
following
* Bachelors degree ,preferably engineering relevant disciplines.
* ‎2-‎3 years of professional experience in preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare industry
* Collaborative approach, able to work with multiple stakeholders
* Good communication skills in English in addition to local language
* Strong organization skills
* Good customer service and communication skills would be welcome .
