The Job Opportunity
The purpose of the job is to work alongside of the Planning and Administration
Team for Maximo Data Management and Airport Passes Application and Management.
Serco gains scale, expertise and diversification by operating across the
sectors of: Transport, Healthcare, Defence, Citizen Services and Justice and
Immigration.
This is a 3 months fixed term contract.
Key accountabilities
Updating actuals in Maximo
Updating the Quality Checks Tracker submitted by Engineers and SOMs
Circulation of Daily Completion of Quality Checks
Closing of PM work orders in Maximo on a daily basis Updating actuals in
Maximo and u pdating comments in Maximo
Raising CM Work Orders on a daily basis for plant room inspections Circulation
of PPM daily completion reports
Printing task sheets on a weekly basis for all hubs Consolidation of rosters
from each hub Circulation of rosters on a monthly basis
Application for renewal of staff, subcontractor and material passes Update of
all relevant trackers
What we are looking for in our candidates Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Ability to work in an individual
and team environment and directly with the customer. High energy level proven
integrity. Quick on action and response times flexibility.
Specific requirements Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication
skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manual. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from groups of managers, clients and customers. Ability to interpret a variety
of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Experience of developing and conducting training sound analytical skills.
Ideally a degree qualified or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a
call centre environment. Solid customer focus and customer relationship
management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications Knowledge and
experience in Maximo/CAFM System is an advantage
