Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training,
initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource
compliance and strategy needs.
* Manage the recruitment process (Analysis, Sourcing, Interviews, Hiring, and Boarding) for different functions.
* Creating, coordinating and executing on the onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
* Maintain and improve processes on the HRMS and ATS in use in the organization as per business needs
* Maintain employee attendance according to policy and legal requirements on HRMS
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance by provides constructive and timely performance evaluation to management
* Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
* Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary letters, warning letters etc
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Work in a collaborative manner and diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions;
* Assisting with the payroll cycle
* Communicate with public services when necessary
* Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Requirements**
Proven work experience of 5 to 10 years as an HR Executive, HR Manager in
ERP/IT/Software company or similar**
* Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
* Experience with full-cycle recruiting
* Good knowledge of Egypt labor legislation (particularly but not limited to employment contracts, employee leaves, market trends and insurance)
* Demonstrable leadership abilities from past experience
* Fluency in Arabic & Flawless English written and spoken and excellent drafting skills
* Bachelors or Masters' degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
