* Assessing the employment needs of the company and trying to meet them
* Using a variety of methods such as media, internet job sites, personal communications and employment agencies to locate qualified candidates
* Interviewing applicants, verifying references and comparing the job criteria to the applicants qualifications
* Employee data / records / files
* People development:
* Collaboration with other departments in order identify emerging issues and find solutions
* Knowledge of national laws & prepation employment related documentation
* Working to develop HR strategies to maximize the company's growth
Job requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field
* Preferable master's degree
* The candidate must have 4+ years of HR experience
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Highly committed and has strong work ethics
* Strong knowledge of human resource laws and practices
* Experience with hiring compliance
* Experience with benefits administration
* Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* English
