About the job:
Assessing the employment needs of the company and trying to meet them
Using a variety of methods such as media, internet job sites, personal
communications and employment agencies to locate qualified candidates
Interviewing applicants, verifying references and comparing the job criteria
to the applicants qualifications
Employee data / records / files
People development:
Collaboration with other departments in order identify emerging issues and
find solutions
Knowledge of national laws & prepation employment related documentation
Working to develop HR strategies to maximize the company’s growth
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field
Preferable master’s degree
The candidate must have 4+ years of HR experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly committed and has strong work ethics
Strong knowledge of human resource laws and practices
Experience with hiring compliance
Experience with benefits administration
Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
English
