WATTS Water industries FZE is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Sales
Manager responsible for the development, implementation and management of
WATTS business in Saudi Arabia which include setting strategies, managing
distributors, ensuring key performance indicators and sales targets are met on
a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Addition, serve as primary point-of-contract for internal/external
stakeholders, including customers, consultants, contractors, Distributors,
Leadership, local government and the industry. This position will require
high-energy, proven ability grow Business & motivate others.
This position is based in Saudi and requires candidates with transferable
Iqama (Saudi ID).
* Lead the development of STRAP and AOP and associated regional product strategies and roadmap
* Define and clearly articulate a growth plan
* Define the market, key competitors, customer buying processes and appropriate customer segments
* Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business
* Generate forecast assumptions, early product forecast to guide team and management decision making
* Identify and lead growth initiatives in KSA
* Report on the status of the business in review meetings as appropriate with the regional organizations.
* Work with Marketing team to manage the product line demand plan .
* Conduct pricing and profitability analysis and implement initiatives to increase profitability
* Leading sales team goals; set and meet targets
* Lead the selling process, as aligned with business strategy, creating bold partnerships with key customers and support high profile sales activities
* Leading strategy marketing in a competitive environment, including pricing profitability, product launches, product margins and market research
* Define the market, key competitors, customer buying processes and appropriate customer segments.
* Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business
* Developing a consultative selling process for uncovering and winning new business, including strong "value proposition development" & meet customer needs.
* Build relationships by meeting with senior executives to discuss their business issues & present best practice solutions.
* Sustain rapport with key growth accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
* Lead distribution network in Saudi
* Establish & lead retail business in Saudi Arabia
Bachelor's degree/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with significant
experience in the field, MBA is plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
* Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
* Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
* Language : English & Arabic .
* ‎8+ years sales experience in Saudi Arabia
* Experience with International Companies
* Experience with channel management ( Distribution network)
* Experience in Retail Business
* Knowledge in Drain, Plumbing & HVAC systems
* Transferable Iqama (Saudi ID).
