Position Objective:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing Getinge's relationship with its
customers. Their critical responsibilities include executing sales strategies
to achieve short and long-term Company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct business reviews with the key distributors
* Evaluate and Appraise distributors
* Owns the Forecast Accuracy of the Portfolio and the team
* Maintain a solid relationship with the senior teams at the Channels and Partners
* Responsible for the annual distributors ' meetings
* Set the Product Lines Strategy for the year
* Direct responsibility for the accounts receivables
* Develop, initiate, Create, and Lead initiatives to develop market potentials and new growth potentials
* Engage the distributors in clinical marketing activities
* Direct the distributors' investment toward events
* Lead the related product managers and supervise the quality of their work
* Align the global product roadmap to the local geographies
* Ensure the Products Plans are aligned with the
* Ensure Country Actions Plans are developed and Executed
* Ensure the developed pricelist is as per the market needs and requirements
* Arrange annual distributors' training
* Lead new Product Launches
* Determine what is needed to advance sales of the product.
* Monitors complaints and suggestions related to the assigned product(s). Participates in solving all quality & logistics issues.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Master 's Degree in Business or Marketing domain
* Minimum ‎7 years experience in Sales (Medical background is a preference)
* Must have excellent marketing experience
* Channel Management Experience
* Proven track record of delivering results
* Proven Track of Developing Initiatives to support
* Strong organization skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and negotiation capabilities
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Excellent writing and presentation skills
* Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
* Ability to extensively travel through the region/globe
