Job Description Summary
Responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support. Implements marketing
strategies and sales initiatives. Sets objectives, targets, and measures to
achieve the company 's forecasted sales and production. Develops and
maintains, presentations, proposals and collateral, and other materials
related to sales and marketing. Analyzes commercial market conditions for the
determination of potential sales of a product or service. Interprets customer
trends and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics. May
represent the company at trade shows, industry and marketing-related
conferences, and corporate events.
Title: Sales Manager - Saudi Arabia
Involved in growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within
assigned regions. Establishing professional relationships with key personnel
in customer accounts and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume
and margin. This will include travel within KSA. Responsible for a sales team
(currently 5 sales engineers).
Requirements for the role:
* 12 years of total experience in Sales & commercial positions with a minimum of 5 plus years' experience in a managerial/high-level position in providing equipment to Oil & Gas, Power, or Refinery industries.
* Manage the affairs of the company within the HGM (General Manager) responsibilities as defined by FTAP, which includes but is not limited to representing the company and acting on their behalf before administrative, authorities and ensuring that all business practices are compliant with DHR standard business and code of conduct.
* Fluent English & Arabic language skills
* Significant knowledge of the industry Oil & Gas, Power or Refinery industries, and customer environment.
* Expert in Sales and marketing strategies Provide overall leadership for KSA sales and business by planning and recommending sales strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with Pall financial, tactical, and strategic growth targets.
* Strong leader with good team-building practices.
* Understand Talent Management activities and guide the team through Performance for Growth, Development for Growth, Organization & Talent Assessment, Career Plan Nomination, Engagement, and supply with potential growth pipeline and improve Diversity & Inclusion.
* Lead by example with Danaher Business Systems and/or LEAN tools (DBS) such as standard work for leadership, commercial, and fundamental segments.
* Cultural understanding of KSA/Zone - experience selling in these areas would be ideal.
* The candidate will need to have a bachelor's degree with a preference in engineering and the necessary attestations to work in Saudi Arabia.
* Lead the regional FTAP Initiatives and drive Pall products being specified in customers' First Fit requirements.
* Through critical insight into customer processes, the support team formulates strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers' needs and expectations and simultaneously expand FTAP's business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts as well as new Markets such as Green Energy.
* Work with other functions such as Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other teams in Pall to ensure full execution of our sales strategies.
* Ideally experienced with a filtration and separations company, or similar industrial sales organization.
* Understand the performance and development planning process. Partner with your team to create objectives, measure performance progress against objectives and close gaps with appropriate action plans.

* Build a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement and holds the team accountable.
* Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
* Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
